Hi it would be a good feature to control domains who likes to send mailing list, could be a some kind of spamlover section, where we can put a domain to monitor, and if send more than X messages per minute, ban the account taht is sending not the IP for a X period of time.

Mailinglist control
LIST: Listdomains.txt
MessagesXminute: 10
Emabargo time: 1 hour

with this feature we can control abusive domains, instead off review logs many times

why do we need a list of domains for such a thing?
any domain with exclusion of exclusionlist which sends more than x in
y time could be banned for z time.
same could be done with helo.
